Are sports the number 1 priority in America?

I do think that sports are America’s #1 priority because the amount of money that athletes

make per year. I don’t think athletes are necessarily overpaid, but compared to any regular

jobs, it is definitely above the average salary. When people compare being a pro athlete

compared to normal jobs. I feel like they try to assume that being an athlete is just shooting

a ball into a hoop, or catching a ball, but in reality, athletes work harder then people see.

Entertainment is what pro sports are streamed for, so if people like sports, they do what

they can to watch it. It’s not entertainment to most people watch a office worker sit all day

on a computer!, People love to watch sports, and if they do, money will keep flooding in.
