The Celtics beat the 76ers 126 to 117. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown had a big scoring outing, both scoring 35 points in the big win. Malcolm Brogdon followed with 16 points for the Celtics. For the 76ers, James Harden was the head of the charge, scoring 35 points. Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey also had big games, Embiid with 26 points, and Maxey with 21.

The Celtics outrebounded the 76ers 36-31 and they were ahead 29-24 at the end of the first quarter. The Celtics went on a 9-2 run in the second quarter and scored 27 points in the second quarter and the 76ers had 15 with the score being 56-39 at halftime. Leading up to eight minutes left in the 4th quarter, the Celtics were up 110-97, and never gave the lead back bringing home the win.

According to Harden, the 76ers gave up 20+ points in transition buckets against the Celtics, and that was a big factor on why the 76ers gave up more points than the Celtics. Also, the Celtics had forced the 76ers to 14 turnovers which was also a big factor in the Celtics winning.

Marcus Smart also got into a little altercation with Embiid following a rebound and Smart shoved him after the rebound. Joe Mazzulla, interim head coach of the Celtics, seems to be bringing back the Celtics that went on a surprising championship run last year after Ime Udoka, former coach of Celtics, was suspended after having an affair with a member of the Celtics staff and breaking a code of conduct.

The reason why I chose this article is because I like taking the information about a basketball game, and using it to increase my knowledge about the game and the backstories behind certain basketball games. In the second paragraph, it starts to mention the player stats and outcome of the game, like how Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown both scored 35 points which highly contributed to the victory against the 76ers.

I also find it appealing how adding player quotes and how they felt played a part in whether they won or lost, and me being a basketball player myself, I can take information that players mention about a game and see if I can apply what they're saying to my game or help my flaws. In the ninth paragraph, James Harden mentions that the 76ers gave up too many points in transition which was a major contributing factor to why they lost the game.

If I had to do something differently to this article, I would definitely try to add some more comments about certain players' performances and point out any highlight plays that happened. For example, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown both scored 35 points, so maybe the author can try and give the readers some interesting highlights that both players had during the game to spice it up a little bit.
