Should sports owners give up their teams due to conduct, or be allowed to keep running it?

I definitely feel like professional sports teams should feel the need to force owners to sell their sports teams because of conduct. If sports leagues let owners roam free while they are breaking rules, it could force employees of that team t0 quit due to the actions of the owner. For example, in the Robert Sarver article, it mentions that Sarver was accused of being misogynistic and racist when talking to employees. It was also said that he would talk sexually about the things he and his wife did when speaking to his employees. That caused discomfort for his employees and made them not want to work there. If he would cause conduct and the teams couldn’t force him to sell the team, he would continue doing what he was doing and make employees wanna quit because of the irritation he would bring upon them.
